Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry in Beverly, MA

Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included). Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float to a sister facility as needed to support staffing requirements
• Adhere to all facility policies, including no holiday time-off requests during the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry or Medical/Surgical Telemetry nursing experience required
• EPIC EMR proficiency required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Must be prepared to complete and pass an onsite competency assessment on day one of orientation (one attempt only); up to two attempts permitted on Relias testing during onboarding
• Must be willing to float to a nearby sister facility as needed
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-acuity Medical/Surgical Telemetry environment
• Familiarity with Relias learning and assessment platform
• Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple care settings
