TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Arlington, Virginia, 22202!

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Telemetry – Virginia

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Arlington, Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week, night shift; 13-week assignment with 6 weekend shifts required over 6 weeks

Highlights:
  • 24-room medical cardiac step-down unit with 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratios
  • Diverse patient population including adult to geriatric cardiac patients with conditions such as CHF, MI, unstable angina, dysrhythmias, A-fib, syncope, and post-cardiac procedures
  • EPIC electronic medical record system required (minimum 6 months of recent experience within the past 12 months)
  • Unit also includes medical/surgical patient overflow
  • Orientation includes mandatory EPIC training (1-2 days based on experience level)
  • Non-billable orientation modules completed during the first 16 hours (up to 7 hours required)
Requirements:
  • Active Virginia RN license or Compact license in hand at time of application
  • Minimum 2 years of registered nursing experience
  • Current cardiac telemetry experience within the past year
  • EPIC experience (6+ months within the past 12 months)
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Skills required: cardiac telemetry monitoring, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, cardiac drip management (no titration), non-invasive airway management, pre/post cardiac catheterization care, post-MI care, and pre/post cardiac surgery care
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
  • Flu vaccination required during flu season, October through March (medical exemptions only)
  • Smoke/nicotine-free facility; compliance required
