Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• At least 1 year of recent registered nurse experience preferred
• Telemetry nursing or intermediate care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a regular schedule
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for telemetry and intermediate care patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient status
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver safe, high-quality nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Support patient education and promote positive outcomes throughout the shift
