• Shifts Per Week: 3 shifts per week
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week, with potential for 48-hour scheduling based on assignment needs
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,040-$2,150
• Employment Type: Travel RN

Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required
• Telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced inpatient telemetry setting
• RTO must be disclosed at time of submission

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to telemetry patients with cardiac and pulmonary conditions
• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient care standards
• Support a patient ratio of approximately 1:5-6
• Work collaboratively with unit support staff to promote efficient patient flow and quality outcomes
• Provide dependable night shift coverage and contribute to a positive team environment
