• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,040 - $2,150
• Unit: Cardiac/Pulmonary Telemetry
• Patient Ratio: 1:5-6

Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• Minimum 1 year of recent registered nursing experience preferred
• Telemetry nursing or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy inpatient telemetry environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients with cardiac and pulmonary needs
• Monitor patients closely and respond to changes in condition in a timely manner
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the care team to support safe, efficient patient flow
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately and thoroughly
• Support patients and families with education, emotional support, and compassionate bedside care
• Work effectively with support staff to maintain smooth unit operations
• Maintain compliance with unit protocols, clinical standards, and hospital policies
