Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• Minimum of 1 year of recent registered nurse experience preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and maintain flexibility with scheduling
• Travel nursing experience is a plus
• RTO must be provided at the time of submission

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an intermediate care and telemetry setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and identify changes in patient condition promptly
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document patient care thoroughly and maintain strong clinical communication
• Support patient education, comfort, and recovery throughout the care experience
