TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Saint Louis, Missouri, 63136!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required. License: Pending license accepted. Certifications: ACLS required. BCLS required. NIHSS required. Must-Have: Ability to interpret dysrhythmias. Experience with isolation precautions and PPE. Management of dysrhythmias. Knowledge of nasal cannula and non-invasive airway management. Peripheral line care and management. Telemetry experience. Description: This position requires an experienced Registered Nurse with a specialty in telemetry. The nurse will be part of a progressive care unit. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5-6 during day shifts. Weekend requirements include working two shifts every other weekend. The clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs. Candidates must have experience in patient ratio management. Charting will be done using the specified electronic system. Daily census in the unit averages around 27 patients. The unit provides support for patients with telemetry needs, including stroke and cardiac medications. Experience in interdisciplinary support is essential. No on-call requirements for this position. RTO policy allows for a maximum of 7 days; must be finalized at the time of submission. All RTO must be documented prior to the start of the assignment. Travelers will float according to service line requirements. Compliance deadlines for documents are mandatory before starting. Certifications must be completed within set timelines. Modules are required for nurses prior to the commencement of duties.
