• Schedule: 36 hours per week; 3 shifts per week; every other weekend coverage
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,950 - $2,060

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience in the specialty area
• Advanced telemetry experience required
• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• Travel nursing experience preferred; first-time travel nurses with strong clinical experience will be considered
• Current resume reflecting relevant telemetry and acute care experience
• Completed skills checklist matching the specialty
• Nursys verification for all active RN licenses
• Cerner experience preferred
• RTO must be submitted at time of application

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate bedside nursing care for telemetry and medical-surgical patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patient status, and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and manage therapies, including Cardizem and insulin drips for hyperglycemia, as well as Phenobarbital on telemetry
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the clinical care team to deliver efficient, patient-centered care
• Float to lower-acuity Med Surg/Tele, the psych annex, or other approved areas as needed, with orientation provided
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols and safety standards
• Support holiday coverage and contribute to a positive, dependable night shift team environment
