• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,950–$2,060
• Setting: Acute care Med/Surg Telemetry unit

Job Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience in the specialty preferred
• Advanced telemetry experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• Current resume required, including relevant travel nursing experience if applicable
• 2 recent RN references from a charge nurse or manager in the specialty
• Completed skills checklist matching the specialty
• Nursys license verification for all active RN licenses
• Cerner experience preferred, but not required
• First-time travelers with strong acute care experience may be considered
• Requested time off (RTO) must be included at time of submission

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and effective bedside nursing care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer and manage Cardizem and insulin drips as indicated
• Support patients receiving phenobarbital on telemetry as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the EMR
• Maintain flexibility to float on an emergency basis if needed
• Deliver professional, patient-centered care with a strong focus on safety, quality, and clinical excellence
