Job Requirements

• Active Kansas RN license
• Current BLS certification
• At least 1 year of recent telemetry RN experience in a hospital setting
• Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred
• Ability to work every weekend and holidays as assigned
• Comfort with floating to acute care, overflow, or med-surg areas when needed
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to telemetry patients in a hospital setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain timely communication across shifts
• Adapt to unit needs and support patient care in floating assignments when required
