**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Night Shift RN in Telemetry!** - **Position Type:** RN Medical (Telemetry) - **Role:** Registered Nurse (RN) - **Specialty:** Telemetry - **Number of Openings:** 1 - **Shift:** Night Shift (1900-0700) - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** Choose between 36 or 48 hours - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 32 - **Patient Ratios:** - Days: 1:5-1:6 - Nights: 1:6-1:7 - **Equipment:** Telemetry equipment, lift equipment, IV pumps, tube feeding pumps - **EMR:** EPIC **Key Qualifications:** - **Required Licensure:** Current RN License (Eligible for licensure in Missouri) - **Required Certifications:** - BLS from AHA only - NIHSS (Can submit without, but must obtain prior to start) - **Experience Required:** 1 year in Telemetry (inpatient only) - **Float Requirements:** Rotational basis as needed **Preferred Skills and Personality Fit:** - **Must Have Skills/Experience:** - Proficient in drug titration - Strong experience in a telemetry setting - **Preferred Skillset/Experience:** N/A - **Personality Fit:** - Determined - Decisive - Flexible **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Black - **Unacceptable Attire:** Anything other than black scrubs **Additional Information:** - **Weekend Hours:** As required by facility - **Call Requirements:** None - **RTO Policy:** - Must make up RTO on the back end; not approved during the first week - Holiday RTO: only 1 request per assignment - **Orientation:** Night shifts orient during day shifts; must be available for the entire week **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
