Job Summary
Telemetry (TELE) Nurse in Ocean University Medical Center. This role involves evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care on the telemetry observation unit. The nurse will develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care, perform therapeutic nursing interventions, and ensure documentation standards are met.

Job Details

  • Schedule: Day shift, from 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m., 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: ASN or graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BLS certification from the American Heart Association, NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license, NIH Stroke Scale certification, Telemetry Certification or Telemetry Competency Exam, minimum of 2 years recent telemetry experience, and experience with non-titratable drips and cardiac rhythms
  • Preferred Qualifications: BSN
  • Certifications & Licenses: BLS - AHA, NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license, NIHSS, Telemetry Certification
