TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lima, Ohio.

Job Description & Requirements

Active OH or compact license 
Certs required: ACLS, BLS, NIH
Experience required: 2 Years. Travel experience required. 
Tele - 6K
28 Beds
Preferred exp: CAPD experience.  Drips: Cardizem, Nitro, Heparin.
Oxygen: Trachs, BiPAP, CPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, Nasal Cannula.
General MS/Tele and Renal
Charge nurses are out of ratio on days and in ratio on nights.
Nurses are expected to read/interpret telemetry every 4 hours in EPIC. 
Phlebotomy is available to do peripheral lab draws.
Dysrhythmia exam required
