# Job Opportunity – Telemetry Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: September 3, 2026

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, rotating weekends, 36 hours guaranteed per week, 13-week assignment

Highlights:
  • Intermediate Critical Care Unit (ICCU) specializing in telemetry and cardiovascular monitoring
  • Perform specialized procedures including transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) and cardioversion
  • Utilize Meditech electronic medical record system for documentation
  • Work at an established medical facility with over 50 years of service to the community
  • 13-week travel assignment with potential for floating to other units as needed
  • No on-call requirements
Requirements:
  • Active and current Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of telemetry unit experience required
  • Minimum 2 years of travel nursing experience required
  • Meditech experience strongly preferred
  • Willingness to float to other units according to facility policy
