TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Orthopedics RN in San Antonio, Texas, 78249!

Job Opportunity – Telemetry RN – Texas

Start Date: September 3, 2026

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Telemetry unit assignment; 5:1 patient ratio; on-call during low census periods; weekend rotation required

  • Well-equipped unit with telemetry monitoring, lift equipment, cryotherapy, SCDs, and bedside pulse oximeters
  • Meditech EMR system for streamlined documentation and patient care management
  • Collaborative team environment with dedicated nursing staff, patient care technicians, and unit support personnel
  • May float to Surgical Telemetry units as needed
  • Opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare team focused on quality patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Active RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience required
  • Demonstrated telemetry competency essential
  • Orthopedic experience strongly preferred
  • Navy scrubs required
