Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Ohio

Schedule: 36 hours per week; Every Saturday and Sunday day shift plus one additional weekday; Float and call requirements apply
Highlights:
- Work in a Level I trauma center and burn center serving a tri-state area with a comprehensive case mix including trauma, transplant, burn, general surgery, and overflow neuro ICU patients
- Utilize Epic charting system with advanced monitoring equipment including ventilators, CRRT, EVD/ICP monitoring, and FloTrac technology
- Preferred experience in Surgical ICU, Trauma ICU, Burn ICU, or Transplant ICU settings
- Strong interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, and radiology

- Multiple parking options available ranging from $15.67 to $215 per month with shuttle services
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
- Valid Ohio RN license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification required
- Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
- Proficiency in arterial line management, central line care, ventilator management, blood product administration, vasoactive drip titration, and IV insulin protocols
- Experience with BiPAP/CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, isolation precautions, and interpretation of ABGs and dysrhythmias
- Two professional references required (at least one from manager/director or formal leadership)
- Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
- Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process immediately upon contract signing
