Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of current acute care experience in Medical ICU (must be actively working in specialty within last 12 months)
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Proficiency with ventilator management, IV starts, arterial lines, CRRT, central line care, vasoactive drips, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Experience with NxStage CRRT machines, Cortrak NG/Dobhoff placement, Alaris IV pumps, and GE monitors preferred
• Graduation from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (one must be from a manager/director or formal leadership position)
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process immediately upon contract signing
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
