Start Date: October 2026
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, rotating day/night schedule (7am-7:30pm / 7pm-7:30am). Shifts designed to meet operational needs with every other holiday coverage required. Contract lengths of 13 or 18 weeks available to provide winter coverage.

- ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments completed during paid orientation
- Comprehensive onboarding with specialty-specific modules and clinical support
- Progressive care experience preferred but not required with strong step-down background
Requirements:
- Active Ohio RN license or Compact state license required at time of application
- Minimum 12 months of permanent experience in step-down or progressive care nursing
- Current certifications: BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), ACLS, and NIHSS
- Professional reference from a nurse manager, supervisor, or director from an assignment within the past 12 months
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safe medication administration assessments during orientation
- Background clearance with no open cases; FBI/BCI fingerprinting required within 48 hours of contract signing
