TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Stepdown RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44195!

Job Opportunity – Progressive Care / Step-Down RN – Ohio

Start Date: October 23, 2026

Location: Cleveland, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Night rotating shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM. Variable shifts may be assigned based on operational needs. Contract length: 13 or 18 weeks to provide winter coverage. Must work at least every other holiday.

  • High-acuity progressive care / step-down unit with potential to float to similar patient populations
  • Comprehensive orientation including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments
  • Extension opportunities available for up to 18 months
  • Work with an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic clinical environment
  • Flexible contract options: 13-week or 18-week assignments accepted

Requirements:

  • Active Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of application
  • Minimum 12 months permanent experience in specialty (Progressive Care/PCU experience preferred but not required)
  • Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • Current NIHSS certification
  • One reference from a manager, supervisor, or director from an assignment within the past 12 months
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
  • Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
  • Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
