This position requires expertise in Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) settings, providing an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Stepdown - Travel- Provide comprehensive care for patients with neuro, cardiac, and trauma conditions
- Utilize and manage specialty equipment such as temp pacers, chest tubes, and Bipap
- Collaborate with respiratory therapists to assist with chronic ventilation patients
- Floating to various units as required to provide additional support
Requirements of the RN - Stepdown - Travel- 2+ years of IMCU/PCU experience and travel experience
- Active NY RN license with all licenses verified through NURSYS
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems
