Pay: $2,423.52 per week
Shifts: 12 Hour Shifts, 36 hours guaranteed per week
Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Surgical Stepdown for a travel assignment in Topeka, Kansas. This role focuses on delivering exceptional post-surgical care within a dedicated stepdown unit, allowing for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Surgical Stepdown- Deliver high-quality post-operative care to bariatric, urologic/nephrology, and other surgical patients
- Manage infection control and wound care for post-surgical patients
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records through the Epic charting system
- Float as needed to other post-surgical and med-surg inpatient floors
Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Surgical Stepdown- Current AHA BLS certification
- KS or Multistate nursing license
- ADN or BSN degree
- Minimum 1-year experience in progressive care/stepdown
- Familiarity with the Epic charting system preferred
