Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Trauma

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions during and after operations
• Administer medications and assist with pain management
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care procedures
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records

Requirements of the Registered Nurse - Med/Surg Trauma

• Valid KS or Multistate RN license with no hits
• AHA BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg or Trauma experience
• ADN or BSN required
