    Travel: RN - Endovascular Operating Room - Days 4x10

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Days 4x10 (6:45 AM - 5:15 PM) | 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | 13-Week Assignment | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Circulate and/or scrub procedures in the Endovascular Operating Room and Endovascular Lab
    • Utilize the nursing process to perform perioperative patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation for all age groups
    • Develop and implement individualized perioperative nursing care plans in collaboration with the surgical team, coordinating care throughout the patient's entire perioperative experience
    • Apply advanced principles of asepsis, infection control, wound exposure, and hemostasis techniques including manual, instrumental, and chemical methods
    • Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient outcomes and comfort
    • Float to other OR units as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Current RN license meeting eligibility requirements for the state of Missouri
    • Minimum 1 year of Endovascular OR RNFA experience
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
    • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
    • Flu vaccination required (November 1 – April 1); approved exemptions accepted, declinations are not
    • Ability to take call 24 hours per day on weekends
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • CNOR certification
    • Scrub experience in the OR setting
    • Experience with EPIC EMR
