### Exciting Opportunity for an Endovascular Operating Room RNFA!
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA)
- **Specialty:** Endovascular Operating Room
- **Location:** St. Louis, MO
- **Shift:** Days, 4x10 (0645-1715)
- **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks
- **Guaranteed Hours:** 36 per week
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Circulate and/or scrub procedures in the Endovascular OR/Endovascular Lab.
- Provide direct patient care for all age groups through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient comfort.
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality perioperative care.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by direct caregivers and contribute to patient discharge planning.
- Assist in maintaining a sterile environment by applying aseptic techniques and infection control principles.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Current RN License meeting Missouri state licensure requirements.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA (American Heart Association).
- At least 1 year of experience as an RNFA in an Endovascular OR setting.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- CNOR certification.
- Scrub experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the principles of wound healing.
