GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Williamsburg, VA – Psych RN
13 weeks | 36 hrs/week
Start Date: 10/05
Shift: 3x12 Days | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
Travel Pay: $20/hr + $1,150 stipend
OT Rate: $55/hr
Gross Weekly Pay: $1,870 on 36 hrs
Possible EOW requirement

Approximate ratio of 1:12
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of strong acute psychiatric RN experience
• CPI/Handle With Care certification required; FREE course and certification available onsite during orientation
• Must be comfortable floating between units
Adult acute psychiatric hospital:
• Approximately 40% voluntary and 60% committed patients
• Patient population includes depression, suicidal ideation, mental illness, and detox
• Approximate ratio of 1:12, with at least 2 nurses per unit
• Duties include medication passes, admissions, discharges, and patient assessments
• Approximately 10–15 admissions/discharges daily
• No IV therapy or wound care
