Registered Nurse

Specialty: MS/Tele Float

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical Surgical Float Pool. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare environment and provide high-quality patient care across multiple units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a float pool setting, primarily within medical-surgical and telemetry units.
  • Utilize EPIC for electronic health record management.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop nursing care plans based on patient needs.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and provide treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry nursing preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to float to various departments as needed.
  • End of week (EOW) availability required.

Shift Details:

  • Night shift, 3x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:00).
  • No block schedules available.
