The nurse will work night shifts, 3 times a week, from 18:45 to 07:15. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience. First-time travelers are not accepted. The nurse will float as necessary to meet facility needs. Weekend work is required every other weekend. The required certifications are BLS and NIH, with ACLS preferred. The nurse must be able to take care of patients with tracheostomies and on ventilators. The unit is fast-paced with a high volume of patient throughput. Nurses typically have a patient ratio of 1:4. The patient demographic mainly consists of adults. This unit manages patients with various diagnoses and conditions.
