- Preferred previous charge experience for candidates
- Experience with Epic charting system is required
Description:
Registered Nurse needed for a PCU/Stepdown unit.
Candidates must have experience managing and titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips.
The RN will work with a patient ratio of 4-5.
Nursing duties include assessment, care planning, and patient education.
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential.
A focus on patient-centered care and adherence to protocols is expected.
Candidates should have skills in managing various medical equipment and procedures.
A commitment to teamwork and flexibility in shifting schedules is necessary.
Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays.
