Description:
This position is for an Intermediate Care Registered Nurse working 12-hour night shifts.
The nurse will work in a unit that cares for a diverse patient population including medical-surgical, telemetry, cardiac intermediate care, neuro, and CVA patients.
The unit aims to schedule staff for two to three weekends per month, though this may vary based on unit needs.
Charge experience is preferred for this role.
The nurse will interact with students and new hires, contributing to a culture of support and learning.
IV access skills are necessary, and limited requested time off will be accepted.
The client retains the right to cancel shifts based on patient census up to 36 hours prior to the assignment.
