Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a step down unit. The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience, including telemetry experience. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required. Familiarity with the EPIC charting system is essential. The position involves working 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with a patient ratio of 4-5. The nurse will work with adult and geriatric patients in a unit that has a daily census of 32. Interdisciplinary support includes IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and more. The candidate must maintain compliance with the attendance policy. Excessive tardiness or any no-call/no-show incidents may result in contract review and further action.
