Description:
This position is in an Intermediate Care unit.
The schedule involves rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
The average patient ratio during the day is managed effectively by the staff.
Candidates must possess experience in telemetry and management of dysrhythmias.
Experience in the care of ventilated patients is essential.
Familiarity with the electronic health record system is required.
Candidates should have experience working with adult and geriatric populations.
A team-based approach is utilized with interdisciplinary support, including various therapy and support services.
Ensuring patient safety and quality care is a paramount responsibility.
The ability to manage various patient diagnoses in a fast-paced environment is essential.
