#We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Ascension Saint Agnes Adult IMC Department. We are a High Acuity 20 bed IMC in Baltimore City and care for patients within a supportive team environment. We have excellent working relationships with our teams across the hospital. Certification: Registered Nurse (Compact), Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) , CRRT experience

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.


 

Monitor and assess critically ill patients continuously using advanced medical equipment (e.g., ventilators, cardiac monitors).

Administer medications, fluids, and treatments accurately and timely according to physician orders.

Recognize and respond promptly to changes in patient condition and emergencies.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient status, treatments, and nursing interventions.

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Follow strict infection control protocols to minimize risk of infection.

Participate in continuing education and training to maintain clinical skills and stay current with IMC practices.
