This unit cares for patients with respiratory, cardiac, and mixed medical needs. Nurses will be responsible for assignments with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4. The ideal candidate will possess experience in continuous telemetry monitoring. Candidates must have knowledge of titrating cardiac drips and managing various medical conditions. Attendance on major holidays is expected, with specific guidelines on holiday coverage. Nurses may float within the facility as needed based on practice scope. Weekend shifts are required, typically every other weekend unless otherwise specified. All compliance and onboarding requirements must be met to ensure a timely start in the position. Full compliance is required to begin working; any delays in compliance may result in pushback of contract start.
