Description:
Weekend and holiday requirements apply.
Hurricane obligations may be in effect.
Float requirements are expected.
Ratios are 1:5.
Every other weekend or a total of 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period are required based on unit needs.
On-call responsibilities are not required.
Traveler will have a home base but may float to other units or locations as needed.
Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed.

Candidates must provide references from authority figures.
Travelers must complete required lab work within 72 hours of signing.
Candidates with background or license findings must be disclosed prior to consideration for the role.
Travel pairs may be permitted with unit leader approval; matching schedules are not guaranteed.
Candidates must have experience in charting systems and patient care.
Patients may include adults and geriatrics.
Daily census for patients is expected to be around 36.
Interdisciplinary support includes various teams such as IV, Physical Therapy, and Respiratory Services.
Skills related to accessing and managing ports, BiPAP/CPAP management, and telemetry are required.
Management of cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration is expected.
Procedural sedation administration and monitoring experience is necessary.
Wound care and post-surgical care are included in the scope of care.
Additional knowledge in isolation precautions and phlebotomy is essential.
