Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care- Monitor patient recovery from anesthesia
- Assess vital signs and manage pain levels
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Provide patient and family education about post-operative care
- Collaborate with surgical and healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the RN - PACU - Post Anesthetic Care- Active RN license in the state of Louisiana
- CPR and ACLS certifications
- Experience in PACU or similar recovery settings
