Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) Location: (Undisclosed). This role involves providing specialized nursing care to pediatric patients across various units within a childrens hospital. The position requires flexibility to float between units and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Job Details
- Position Description: DEC START 12/14/2026, Duration: 1 Year, First-time travelers are welcome. The RN will provide patient care for pediatric populations, including infants and adolescents, with the ability to float between units as needed.
- Certifications: BLS, PALS
- Certifications: BLS, PALS
- Education Requirements: Valid state license (compact license accepted), at least 1 year of experience, valid in the specified location
- Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Additional Information: Candidates must commit to working three of the five major holidays during the contract. Two references covering at least one year within the last three years are required. Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management, central line care, interpretation of dysrhythmias, oxygen delivery systems, and pediatric MedSurg units preferred. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities. Candidates should not contact facility staff directly unless scheduled for an interview.
- Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to specified questions about previous experience at a Providence facility, and provide two references as described.
