RN-Meical step down unit, 6-20 beds, ratio: 1 to 4 patients: Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hyperensive Emergency, Respiratory Failure, COPD, Chronic Kidney disease, TDM2, Substance abuse, Status Epilepticus, Encephalopathy. possible float to all IMCU units (5J and 12A most common).

Requirements: 2 years exp. ACLS/BLS
