- Patient ratios are 1:4, ensuring quality care
- Weekend requirements: As needed, rotating schedule
- Float requirement: YES, flexibility is key!
- No on-call requirement
- Block scheduling: Case by case basis
- RTO parameters available for work-life balance
- Certification requirements: BLS, ACLS, NIH, CPI preferred
- 55 beds on unit — be part of a dedicated team!
