Seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract opportunity in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting. SHIFT DETAILS
- Shift Time: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- 12.5-Hour Night Shift
- Schedule: Sunday, Friday, and Saturday
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $39.75 - $46.38 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
- Current BLS certification required
- Previous long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents and patients
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate significant changes in condition to the healthcare team
- Supervise and collaborate with nursing assistants and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans and health management
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $39.75 - $46.38 per hour
