Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent PCU, step-down, or progressive care unit experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to care for a high-acuity patient population
• Comfort working night shifts in a collaborative acute care hospital environment
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and patient assessment skills
• Experience with telemetry or medical-surgical nursing a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to PCU patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs
• Monitor patient status, interpret changes, and respond appropriately to evolving clinical conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with care plans
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive outcomes
• Document care accurately and maintain a safe, organized, and patient-centered environment
• Deliver high-quality bedside care while supporting patient safety and continuity of care
