Required: experience with cardiac medications and infusions (Cardizem, amiodarone, dobutamine, etc) Special Equipment : - #Tier2 Travel Compliance Active state license must be pending at submission, or the candidate must be willing to participate in the Aya Licensure Project. LOCAL Rule: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. Local candidates are not accepted. Required certifications may be pending at submission but must be obtained prior to the start date. Nursys background review required prior to submission. Cerner experience preferred. Review the job description for unit-specific experience requirements (1 2 years preferred). First-time travelers will be considered. Submission Process Submit candidates to one (1) Beacon position at a time. Maximum of 10 days RTO permitted. Candidates requesting holiday RTO must be willing to work one of the three major holidays . Candidates must be informed of Beacon's professional conduct expectations prior to submission. Submission Details Travelers must be willing to float based on facility census and staffing needs. Former employees must be separated from the facility for three (3) years before returning as a traveler. Start Requirements Complete required modules within one week of signing (preferred). Beacon maintains strict professional conduct standards. Unprofessional behavior, attendance issues, or shift call-offs may result in immediate contract termination. Modules are to be completed within the first week of the assignment. Module time is self-reported. Module time is billable for up to 8 hours (average completion time: 3 8 hours).
