Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care to acutely ill adult patients across various medical problems, including cardiac, neuro, renal, infectious disease, and pulmonary conditions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the coordination of direct patient care, ensuring education and support for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Provide patient education and support to enhance understanding of medical conditions and care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
  • Ability to work every other Saturday, with Sundays off.
  • Must reside 50+ miles away from the facility.

Work Environment

The position involves working night shifts (3x12 hours) from 19:00 to 07:00. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5, ensuring a manageable workload that allows for high-quality patient care.
