Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in the region. This role involves providing specialized patient care in a high-acuity setting, with a focus on cardiac and geriatric populations. The assignment requires a flexible schedule to accommodate all shift times, including days, nights, and Mids, to meet staffing needs.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Rotating shifts with 12-hour shift times and a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: RN certification, BLS certification, Pennsylvania state fingerprints submitted, FBI and PA State Police clearances completed or in progress, at least 2 years of experience preferred, experience in cardiac care including CP, MI, Open Heart, Watchman, TAVR, post-cardiac cath, post-op pacer.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EPIC electronic health record and telemetry equipment such as pacers and Alines.
• Additional Information: Unit staffed with RN to patient ratio of 1:5, with patient populations including geriatric and adult cardiac patients. Float may be required to 1:1s depending on operational needs. Candidate must be able to start within 10 days to receive the rapid response rate and be willing to work all shift times.
