Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) registered nurses are sought for a long-term assignment in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized patient care to adult and geriatric populations with cardiac conditions. The position offers an opportunity to work in a high-acuity environment with a focus on patient safety and positive outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week, from 09/20/2026 to 12/26/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification, and at least 2+ years of experience in a cardiac care setting; candidates must have all Pennsylvania clearances (Child Abuse History, FBI, State Police) submitted and cleared before start.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with post-op cardiac procedures, CP, MI, Open Heart surgery, Watchman devices, TAVR, postprocedural cardiac catheterization, post-op pacer management.
• Additional Information: The position requires a positive attitude and flexibility to float to one-on-one patient care units as needed. The unit maintains a patient ratio of 1:5 for RNs, with equipment including pacers and arterial lines. The environment emphasizes teamwork and clinical excellence.
