  • Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, developing individualized care plans, providing patient education, documenting all assessments and interventions accurately, participating in patient rehabilitation programs, initiating discharge planning from day one, and maintaining clear communication with team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • The RN will also supervise ancillary nursing personnel, ensure safety in patient care environments, contribute to team-building activities, and pursue ongoing professional development.
  • Additional duties include managing supplies and equipment, assuming charge responsibilities as needed after orientation, and contributing to a positive work environment.
