Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide post-operative care in the PACU.
• Perform telephone triage and provide care coordination.
• Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience
• Experience in ambulatory/outpatient nursing, minimum 1 year
• Telephone triage experience
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and care coordination skills
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
