Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Wisconsin

Start Date: October 12, 2026

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts (6:40 AM - 5:10 PM), rotating day off each week. No weekends or holidays.

• Multispecialty surgical caseload including general, gynecological, urological, ENT, and dental procedures
• Both inpatient and ambulatory OR experience utilized across 7 operating rooms
• Epic charting system in use; 40 hours of orientation provided
• Excellent work-life balance with no weekend or holiday coverage required
• Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license or compact state RN license eligible for Wisconsin practice
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care OR circulation experience within the last 3 years
• Both inpatient and ambulatory OR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Must pass telemetry competency exam with strict passing criteria prior to start
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
