Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Location not specified. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in a hospital's surgical environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in circulating and scrubbing for various surgical procedures across multiple specialties, including trauma and academic medical center settings.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Critical certifications as required, with 5+ years of experience preferred, particularly with level 1 trauma and academic medical centers. Experience in surgery center environments does not count towards experience requirements.
• Schedule: Day shift, 10-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Responsibilities: Assisting in a broad range of surgical procedures, including ortho, neuro, plastics, genitourinary, colorectal, surgical oncology, gynecology, urology, robotics, cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, and transplant surgeries. Applicants should be well-rounded and capable of floating across various hospital departments as needed.
• Additional Information: Candidates willing to float all over the hospital are preferred. Applicants should demonstrate readiness to handle surgical cases in multiple specialties, including pediatrics and ophthalmology for off-shift applicants. Submission of certification and licensing documentation is required upon application.
