    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide perioperative nursing care utilizing the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
    • Circulate in all surgical specialty areas including Orthopedics, ENT, GYN/OB, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Dental
    • Prepare for and respond to emergency surgical cases on short notice, including varied and on-call hours
    • Obtain and maintain scrubbing experience across specialty areas as encouraged
    • Formulate and document nursing diagnoses and evaluate patient outcomes throughout the perioperative continuum
    Required Qualifications
    • Valid, current, full, and unrestricted RN license from any U.S. state, territory, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (AZ state license not required)
    • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
    • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical nursing and/or operating room experience
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
    • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association required within six (6) months of hire
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience scrubbing in multiple surgical specialty areas
    • Familiarity with perioperative nursing across a broad range of surgical procedures including outpatient and ambulatory surgery
    • Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) credential or willingness to obtain within one (1) year of hire
