    Registered Nurse – Operating Room

    Contract | Onsite | Mid Shifts available | Schedule includes a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts across days and afternoons; weekend availability required

    Key Responsibilities
    • Independently circulate in a high-volume OR environment averaging 80–120 cases per day across 33 operating suites
    • Support a full range of surgical service lines including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Bariatric, and Surgical Oncology
    • Respond to Level I Trauma Center poly-trauma cases on a 24/7 basis as part of call responsibilities
    • Take standby call as required, with a 30-minute response time from time of call (20–30 hours of standby call per 4-week period)
    • Work scheduled weekend shifts (12-hour blocks) as directed by unit management
    • Float between two OR locations based on case volume and individual experience
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Current BLS certification (required)
    • Ability to circulate independently in the OR
    • Willingness and availability to take call as scheduled, including weekends
    • Experience with EPIC OP-Time or comparable perioperative EMR
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Strong ambulatory/outpatient surgical experience
    • Familiarity with Xi Robotics (Surgical Oncology, Urology, or GYN cases)
    • Experience with OR equipment including Bovie machines, Neptune suction, drill consoles, Ligasure, and Argon Beam
    • Background in high-acuity or Level I Trauma Center environments
